Publications
What follows is a mostly comprehensive list of publications that have used any of the codes within OEDGE to interpretive or predict experimental results. As a historical note, one may notice that the LIM code (Stangeby1988 and Stangeby1990) was eventually rolled into DIVIMP (Stangeby1992). For the 1990’s and most of the 2000’s all studies and code upgrades were involving DIVIMP, until the LIM code was revived and made 3D (name change to 3DLIM) for ITER limiter predictions (Carpentier2011). 3DLIM sat for a bit, and was revived yet again in the late 2010’s for reproducing collector probe deposition patterns on DIII-D (Zamperini2020). All the meanwhile DIVIMP continued to be upgraded and used for experiments on devices around the world.
